Day 19 - Are You Drowning in 8 Glasses?

If you don’t drink this as much as is recommended, then there may not be a need for alarm. However, if you have been drinking the recommended amount, you may want to cut back. Moderation is truly key, but if you’re drinking 8 glasses of water, moderation is not even close to what this practice represents.
