In the video, I mention my favorite source for fish that is exceedingly low in mercury and PCBs. Our waters have been polluted with industrial runoff and chemicals from pharmaceuticals, which means that many fish — especially the larger ones like tuna, salmon and bluefish are loaded with heavy metals and other contaminants. Luckily, I have found this one company that actually tests their fish for these chemicals which are strictly far below the government limits.
